Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st class post. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days of your order.

If you are out when the parcel arrives at your specified address, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour – or the postman will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel.

Our delivery charges are based on the parcel weight & the price for the majority of orders. Our delivery charges for heavier parcels may increase subject to weight. Estimated shipping costs can be reviewed on the cart page prior to placing your order.

Currently we only delivery within the United Kingdom, if you would like to enquire about international shipping please contact – info@teddyandmillie.com.

Returns

We really hope you love our Teddy&Millie products as much as we do, however we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right or that you might change your mind.

We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided that the items are returned to us in a new, unused and saleable condition with the original packaging and all tags and labels still attached.

Your return items will be at your own risk.

We will fully reimburse you for your order as well as the return postage if there is a fault or defeft. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind then you will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Please note that teething necklaces and bangles cannot be returned once used due to hygiene reasons unless there is a defect or fault.

Any refunds due will be processed back into your account by the method you used for payment. We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days however this can vary between banks.
